The aim is to try and beat your own personal effort within a set timeframe using combinations involving knees, elbows forearms, fists and shins!  G&P also uses our exclusive G&P clubs in which you can use to belt our floorpads to get lean and let off some STEAM
 
 
Ground & Pound
 

Ground and Pound - A fun yet challenging way to get fit...and fast!

 

It involves completing a variety of basic and unique, 'mixed martial arts' inspired combinations and conditioning exercises using our very own patent designed floorpads.

 

The aim is to try and beat your own personal effort within a set timeframe using combinations involving knees, elbows forearms, fists and shins....and you dont need to be fit or coordinated to do it.

 

Ground and Pound has become hugely popular in a very short time frame and is totally new to the world of exercise. This program has redefined this style of training for the everyday person and is totally addictive!
