Our Heavy Hitters program is run in sync with the Heavy Haulers program. This class has redefined boxing for fitness and is totally addictive!

The 4-12-16 is a very focussed 4 weeks of the our famous 'High Intense Interval Training' programs PLUS a comprehensive nutrition plan aimed at achieving a 12% FAT loss, along with huge health benefits and weight loss.

 

The 4-12-16 provides the perfect opportunity to really try and fast track both your fitness & your fat loss and to EDUCATE YOU on what you must do exercise and nutrition wise in order to get real and sustainable results for now...and for ever!

This keying can only be earnt, and REWARDS POINTS are earnt fastest when the member attends all sessions they have enrolled into, and aims to improve on personal scores from session to session
