Our program is run in the undercover Carpark area in Level B3

 

PARKING & HOW TO FIND US:

It is BEST to park on Bourke street near the main carpark entry of Etihad Stadium, which is CARPARK ENTRY A.

Once parked, walk in this entrance, DOWN the ramp and through the boom gates.

Continue to walk straight approximately 80m and you will see our set-up to the right hand side just near GATE 6.

PLEASE NOTE if you choose to park within the carpark that the standard carparking fee charged by Etihad applies and there are no concessions for Hauler members unfortunately. 

 

By Foot  - Enter through the same entry as above, OR take any lift to carpark level B3 and walk towards gate 5 and 6 and you will the set-up there

Pricing:    Please note, both morning and evening program run for 3 weeks and all the program start dates for the year are listed below. EVENING programs consist of 2 sessions per week for 3 weeks (6 sessions total). MORNING programs consist of 3 sessions per week for 3 weeks * 9 sessions total). Prices listed below are reflective of this. Please see the price descriptions and T&C’s below for more information

Please Note that the pro rata rate will apply to those who enrol into a program after it has started

Initial Rate applies to those enrolling in their first program
Repeat Rate applies to those doing their second program
Recognition Rate Rate applies to those who have completed 4 programs. These programs do not need to be consecutive

PAYMENT TERMS Full payment is strictly required up front and prior to program commencement.
  • If you are unable to make full payment prior to the program start date then PLEASE COMMUNICATE prior to the commencement date with when you are hoping to pay by replying to this email, and we will consider it.
REFUND POLICY
  • Heavy Haulers provides a premium service to our customers, ensuring high quality programming, lots of great feedback and safe and secure undercover venues to train in
  • To assist us in delivering this premium service we ask that you are fully committed, and understand the terms, conditions and refund policy before enrolling, as;
  • Heavy Haulers has a strict NO REFUND policy and does not offer credits on missed sessions to be used in future programs or refunds for missed sessions.
  • Unfortunately NO REFUNDS are given if you change your mind after the program has started, however;
  • If you provide us with at least 72 hours’ notice prior to the program starting, we are happy to either refund you the full amount OR forward your payment as credit towards another program.
MISSED SESSIONS, MAKE-UP OPTIONS & HOW TO BOOK THEM IN In order to get the full benefit, we want you to achieve 100% attendance in your designated timeslot, however;
  • If you miss a session in your designated timeslot, you will have the option to make up the missed sessions during the current program at any venue and any regular program timeslot (not casuals sorry) provided there is space available. If there is no room available then I will provide you with options
  • To book in a make-up session, please email admin@heavyhaulers.com.au with as much notice as possible to confirm which time and venue you’d like to do a make-up session in to make sure there is room available and so we know you are coming. Someone will respond with confirmation.Please do not email after 8.00pm at night about a make-up the next morning. If your spot is not confirmed please do not turn up as there may not be room for you
  • If you absolutely cannot get your make-up done, you are welcome to have a friend or family member do one or all of your missed sessions for you, however we do need to know in advance so we can ensure there is a spot available and also to prepare a card for them, and we also need to know their name and number so we can contact them with relevant session details
  • If you do not attend your make-up sessions within the current program, unfortunately they will not be forwarded as credits for future programs, so get them done and get the FULL benefit of the program!
  • Unfortunately we cannot offer make-ups in any of the casual sessions we run. Sorry!
